Data import providers
In order to create a great user experience and speed up the process of importing the data, AssetsAPI provides multiple components that allow you to configure imports.
The easiest one to configure is the GIT Data Import provider. It allows you to manage your assets inside the GIT repository and publish the changes quickly.
More advanced are Database import providers. Those directly communicate with your database in order to mirror the data on assetsAPI servers.
AssetsAPI puts great emphasis on the security of your data. You have the possibility to configure the firewall so that only our servers can connect to your databases as well as to configure the SSL tunnel as an additional layer of security.
